It's completely cosmetic and there is no damage to the frame. I have the touch up paint to go with the bike if you'd like it as well. Overall the bike is in excellent condition and has been properly cared for, cleaned, and maintained when not ridden. The purple flip or "blurple" paint was a limited run in 2021 only, and in person is the coolest bike I've seen.
