Jan 20, 2022Ext Storia LOK V3 210x55
$850 USDExt storia V3 Lok
210x55
Includes 550lb spring
Fresh oil change and tune for the 550 spring from suspension syndicate/EXT hasn't been ridden since.
I bought it from a friend who installed it road it once and found a crack in their frame and sold it to me. I did something like 8-10 rides ok it, then it was serviced and retuned.
It has one scuff from being low clearance on my frame, it doesn't make contact but it may have gotten a little bit of dirt in between them.
Flash made it look a bit wierd , more pics by request.

Video: Who Are The Fittest Racers? - Pinkbike Academy Season 2 EP 2
I thought the same thing, but that altitude it makes total sense. I could beat that at sea level easily. At that altitude I'd be winded after some stairs.

I think it's technique here that's killing them . I'm Barely "reasonably fit " and my 20 min FTP 4.5 . I'd assume there all in better shape than me.

Shimano Announces 3 New Flat Pedals
I see more composite pedals then metal at this point in an area that's generally packed with bikes over 6k. I used Aluminum and Magnesium pedals before that and they lasted about a year and a half. My one-up composites will probably make it 2 years. I'd also say pedal strikes feel much better on composites. We seem to have noticed however that composites seem to be bad out of the box a bit more and most that fail fail in the first or 2nd ride or last forever.
