Contour Closes Its Doors?
I have a gopro, and have no complaints at all. A friend uses a contour on his motorbike helmet and the image quality is pretty much the same as the gopro, but it fits better in that application.
As mentioned above, I think that Gopro have marketed themselves very well, and any competition will have to fight that.
Anybody who knows what they really want can research and find the ideal tool for the job. Lazy people will buy a Gopro, as it is the most recognised brand.
