Newmen Launches New Phase 30 & Beskar 30 MTB Wheels
This is unfortunate that they are replacing the evolution SL rim series (6069 Al) with the Beskar al rims in my opinion. One of the reasons I love Newmen wheels/rims is because of the hookless design. The flared rims have some of the best flat protection I have ever used of any bicycle rim. Moving to a hooked design just means more pinch flats like DT swiss rims. They will still have the evolution rim series (6061 al) which I have not tried, but the 6069 Al of the evolution SL rims has been bombproof for me.

Slack Randoms: Ways to Improve Enduro Racing, Radek in a KTM Ad, Crushing Propane Cylinders & More
THIS, this is the way imo. I miss the EWS post-race coverage and awesome venues. Ever since the the UCI took ahold and then Discovery ran with it, any post-video coverage has been lacking and venues have gotten more bike-park oriented. At the last race of last year, I actually felt like the highlight show and post-practice coverage was much better, so hopefully it keeps moving in this direction. I think you summarized it perfectly @Ireland2017, let Enduro be Enduro.

Ibis Enduro Team Pulls Out of World Cup Racing
This is too bad. The practice coverage for Chatel Enduro World Cup is the best it has been all season and finally getting back to the EWS coverage I used to expect. https://youtu.be/sm9MjZcBCKM?si=8eV1GJvxDTs_mU3k I’m sure the increased UCI fees are a limiting factor and ideally something that can be negotiated when times are tough (no bike sales). I make a lot of my bike buying decisions based off some of my favorite riders and some of the inputs from their race teams. The new ibis hd6 was high on my list.
