Adolf's accident was something that should never have happened. Let's hope that Red Bull, the sponsors, and everyone who has benefited from the images of Rampage and all the other performances by Adolf and the other athletes will be the first to donate. Personally, events like Rampage are over for me. It's not worth it for an athlete to risk their life like that! And yes, they are professionals and “they know what they're doing”... but they also live in a world of sponsors and huge demands, where exposure and “likes” are pushing them to the very near limits of death itself. I'm over 40 and maybe I'm old, but it makes no sense. Remember the hardline and that terrifying jump? Many opposed the decision to cancel it. It was the best thing that could have happened. If F1 now has strict limits after Senna's death, the same must change with MTB. Accidents like those of Adolf, Emil, or Casey must never happen again.

"The track is different"... "it's flat"... "it doesn't have many stairs" I think the experience will be very different from what we have seen in other races, but I feel that the essence of what urban downhill is is being lost.

@Brodybro29: It is not that difficult. Replace the pronoun you would use with a "They" and that's it. It doesn't take up any time, and it helps a little in giving the recognition a person wants. (And yes, I am a non native english speaker, too)

Why didn't you interview or at least give a few minutes of video to Valentina Roa? Not only she is the first person from Latin America to be World Champion, but she was also very consistent during the whole season and her team did an incredible job? Come on Redbull, supporting young people is important!!!! You don't have to focus on promoting the riders that you are already sponsoring.

An update: Valentina is the new downhill world cup champion!!!!!

Today, after 3 years, Valentina won her first downhill World Cup and is currently the leader in the junior category. She is the first person from Latin America to do so. Thanks Remy! I'm sure Valentina will always appreciate your support!
