2020 Fox Float X2 Factory that I bought from a friend off his Ibis Ripmo, It was a warranty replacement for the tuned one that blew up on his Ripmo. Fox gave him a non-OEM version, hence the AM designation. He decided to go with a RS shock and I was the lucky recipient as it fit my bike. I've rocked it on my 2019 RM Instinct for the past few seasons although it hasn't received a whole lot of action as I've been riding my other XC bike and gravel bike more often / have been injured two summers in a row. Recently sold the XC bike and I want to upgrade the shock on the Instinct to be an all-arounder. It's in great condition but probably nearing its service interval. The X2 is an incredible downhill shock and would match a bike with downhill intentions. I'm just looking to get a little more pop out of my shock so I'm looking at something more trail-focused. 2017 Rocky Mountain Element BC Edition XC Mountain Bike 29er $2050 OBO. I will only ship if the buyer agrees to pay for shipping, insurance, and will accept the responsibility fotr dealing with damage etc. I have had bad experiences shipping bikes. This bike has been one of the best bikes I've owned, but I want to get into splitboarding and I have gone full trail-bro. It is in fair-good condition and has been well used and loved but I stopped riding it consistently a couple of years ago as I no longer race XC. It's the OG down-country bike with a Pike 120mm fork. 100mm in back. I took the original bars off it but otherwise, it's very nicely specced. Pretty kitted out for the 2017 year with top-of-the-line stuff. It has a newer-ish chain and cassette on it. The fork is running smoothly but the rear shock needs full service for sure. Please note: I did crack the down tube in 2019 when I rock got kicked up but I had it professionally repaired by Broken Carbon in Boulder who stands by their work. People think carbon can't be fixed and that's completely untrue. They did a stellar job (check the photos) and it has held up wonderfully. It would make a great first mountain bike or anyone who wants a super-fast mountain bike that can handle most trails in CO. After the repair, I covered downtube in lots of All-Mountain Frame Protection I'll include a carbon ENVE seat post as well for it. It's time for me to depart with my Focus Mares CX. I purchased it to race CX but gave up racing a few years ago. It turned into my do-everything road/gravel bike. I am upgrading to something more suited to my riding style and for 2x gearing. I am 6'3" and this fits very well. You'll notice the biggest scuffs are from cable rub which I've remedied by adding All-Mountain Style frame guard. I also added this to the downtube to protect against rock strikes. No cracks in the carbon etc,. It's super stiff and fast and reasonably compliant. I honestly think its one of the best CX race bikes ever made/designed. If you're looking for a CX bike or do it all fast gravel racer, then this could be the bike for you! Asking $2000 or best offer.
