Can just see the 12mm washer between the frame and the hub axle to prevent the axle (spindle) from eating the frame again, as found by myself and confirmed as a "fix" by Transition. Still not 100% as the washer bends and needs replacing from time to time....

TR250 frame being eaten by my Deemax spindle... not good? Guess it's ok to put a 1.5mm thick washer in there to save the frame. Everytime I pedal it creaks and groans as the spindle eats into the frame.... :( All this after just 3 rides.

New TR250 frame with Fox RC4 shock, e13 chain guide and Easton Havoc stem. Rest of build on it's way including Truvativ Descendant cranks and BB, Thomson Elite seatpost, Avid Code 2011 brakes, Mavic Deemax wheels, Easton Havoc bars, Sram X9 derailleur with X0 shifter, ODI grips. Can't wait to get her built up!! Photo doesn't do the colour justice, it's stunning!!
