Review: Continental's Updated Trail King Tires Are Impressively Predictable
My only complaint on this tire is mine says "E-bike Ready" on the sidewall. Aside from that, I've had zero issues with this as it's on my current (Transition Smuggler) and was on my previous (Trek Fuel EX 29er) bike. And like the review, I too am running the Cross King on the rear and can't think of a better combo that I've run.

Trek Fuel EX 9.9 29er Project One

$2800 USD
Here’s a Project One Trek Fuel EX 29er from 2016. It’s full carbon with Boost spacing front and rear. I love this bike, it’s the best one I’ve ever owned but it’s time to get into something else. It’s been maintained and cleaned often. Here are the specs: Frame: 18.5" OCLV front/rear triangle, 120mm rear travel, Fox Factory with Re:Aktv tuning, boost 148x12 rear spacing Fork: Fox Factory 34, 130mm travel with boost 110x15 spacing Drivetrain: Shimano XTR 11 speed shifter and rear derailleur, XT M8000 crank (32 tooth), XT M8000 11-42 cassette (brand new installed 8/7/18). Brakes: Shimano XT M8000, 180mm Ice Tech rotors f/r, finned pads (lots of life left) Wheelset: Stan’s Flow MK3 w/ Hope Pro4 hubs. The front hub is blue, rear is black Tires: Continental Trail King 2.4 front, Continental Cross King 2.3 rear. Both were installed new 7/20/18 Cockpit: Bontrager Rhythm Pro carbon bars 750mm, Rhythm Pro 50mm stem (70mm stem will be included), Rockshox Reverb Stealth 125mm dropper, Ergon GE1 grips Bottom bracket is also a new Wheels Manufacturing Pressfit installed 7/20/18, rear shock will be rebuilt this week. The bike is setup tubeless with OrangeSeal Endurance. Like most used mountain bikes, there are some scratches and paint chips where you’d normally find them but they’re small and superficial, no cracks or dings Pedals not included. The saddle pictured is not included but will include a new Bontrager Evoke instead.
