This was a little dj project that never really got finished, but now I need to clear out some space so it's gotta go... make me an offer. Fork: Pike SLS (the original. needs new seals, lower stanshions have a bit of wear). Wheels: Hope hubs, Stans Arch rear rim, Mavic front. Brakes: Shimano Deore, need a bleed. Sweet SS hack using a 9 Spd derailleur. BONUS: Mystery shoebox box of spares, includes shifter, cable and derailleur to go 9 speed if that takes your fancy.

Specialized Stumpjumper Evo (Small, 150/145mm travel). This bike is flippin' sweet. Fork & shock had full service at the beginning of 2017, probably 15hrs riding since then as this was a secondary bike. The frame bearings have all just been replaced. New bike forces sale. Fork: Fox 32 TALAS 150mm Wheels: Stans FlowEx / Hope pro2 Evo Brakes: XT, 180mm rotors Drivetrain: XT/Zee Seatpost: RS Reverb The frame has been wrapped in invisi-frame style protective tape since day 1, but there are a few scratches/wear on some bits that I missed. One downside - there's a bit of a ding in the downtube near the bb. This happened on about my third ride on the bike, and hasn't caused any issues since then (see the last pic, the mark is from the frame tape).

But does it perform better because you have extra travel, or because the longer fork raised and slackened the front end? #thecorrectanswerisgeometry
