At 56 I'm just happy I've stayed active enough to not grow a Camelfront (beer belly) and can still see my "bladder tube" without requiring a mirror.

Opinion: What Are Your Worst Bike Habits?
Seeing a great price on a gently used bike on PB Buy & Sell, thinking that's the one, mulling over the decision overnight, then seeing it has sold when I check the next morning. Repeat monthly.

Field Test: Evil Following - Stout, Stiff, & Snappy
One of these bikes made it to a 4th place overall finish at this year's Singletrack 6 race, ridden by a guy in the 40-50 age category. While not the be all end all, that seems a decent testimonial within this bike category.
