Feb 18, 2023Surly Karate Monkey - Priced to Sell
$1100 USDFor sale is my 2019 Surly Karate Monkey. The perfect steel hardtail with spot-on geometry for trail riding.
This frame was originally the personal bike of Jeff Clark, owner of Revolution Cycles, and I purchased it from him in 2019.
The bike is currently on its third build kit, and all of the parts have less than 150 miles on them, except for the dropper post which is at around 650 miles. The frame itself has around 800 miles on it in total.
Parts list -
Surly Natch Chromoly Steel Frame
RockShox Recon RL 130 Fork
Sram NX Drivetrain with Raceface crankset
Brand new Shimano BB
WTB ST i40 rims with Sram MTH hubs
Raceface stem with Spank Spike riser bars
ODI grips
WTB Pure saddle
Pro Koryak dropper
Maxxis Minion DHF and Crossmark
Cane Creek 40 headset
This bike was originally black but I repainted it around a year ago. The paintwork is nowhere near perfect, and after a year of racing and riding it has accumulated some scuffs and chips that I tried to highlight in the photos.

Sep 5, 2021Specialized Rockhopper 29er, Lots of upgrades
$650 USDThis bike has just been overhauled, regreased, recabled, and upgraded.
Specialized Rockhopper with tons of modern upgrades.
The color-matched accents have been scientifically proven to make you ride twice as fast.
All of the parts besides the brakes, wheels, tires, and frame are new or replaced.
Frame is a size large 29er with pretty modern geometry. The paint is in fair condition with some fading and scratches here and there. I installed some protective tape on the top tube as well. So some blemishes but not anything that will affect the performance.
Wheels are Specialized, as well as tires which have plenty of tread left on them.
The saddle was replaced with a Giant connect, and grips are from Giant as well.
Brakes are from Tektro. The rear was quite squishy when I got it but I did a lever bleed and it seems to be performing well.
Brand new Sunlite bottom bracket
Drivetrain is a 1x setup with a wider range cassette in back to make the 1x setup work better.
Cockpit is a Wake bar and stem combo with wide 780 bars and a short stem.
The fork is a 115mm from Bucklos and seems to be performing much better than the stock Suntour fork. It also has rebound and compression adjustments.
**Will come with plastic pedals unless you would like to add the DMR pedals that are on there for 25 dollars extra**
