Pinkbike Poll: Do You Use Your Climb Switch?
My bike (new Capra) climbs well without the switch. The lockout switch makes things too harsh, but I would use a shock with an in-between 'trail' setting for sure.

Banshee Rune M/L

$1500 USD
Hey everyone, up for sale is my wife's beautiful Banshee Rune size L (fits more like a medium, around 440 reach I believe). This is a super cool bike, with dw designed suspension, beautiful welds, and a gorgeous raw aluminum finish. This has been my wife's bike for the last 3-4 years, riding every other week (sometimes more, sometimes less, sometimes a few months off at a time). Since buying the bike we gradually threw some upgrades at it to freshen it up including: new rear wheel (spank spoon I believe), new tires (DHF and DHR), new rear break + bled both brakes (shimano slx), new rotors/ pads, new grips (pnw loam), new saddle (wtb) and we bought a 2.1 damper to upgrade the fork with but haven't installed it yet (will include with the bike). Just selling because we bought her a new bike that fits her better. These bikes are a great find and this particular year/run of the frame had a good reputation for reliability / not having cracking issues. The geo is slack for the time and the bike has a burly overbuilt look/feel. Specs: Rockshox Pike (this version can drop and raise travel for climbing with a lever on the air spring side) (will include 2.1 damper upgrade kit!) Cane Creek Db air (works great but is sounding slightly noisy imo, may want to service it) Spank Spoon rear wheel (bought within last couple years) Commencal front wheel DHF/DHR Tires (still good life left) Shimano slx brakes and rotors (bought +bled within last couple years) Sram NX drive train (shifts perfectly/ haven't had any reason to upgrade it) Chromag bars Commencal Flat Pedals included Oneup Dropper WTB Saddle (brand new)

Fox Patent Shows Hollow Fork Crown for Increased Air Volume
One thing I like about dual crowns is the ability to change where the are clamped to raise or lower the whole front end

Luke Meier-Smith Breaks his Collarbone at the Lenzerheide DH World Cup 2023
I think he slipped out a bit right when he was trying to setup for his bunnyhop into the next section, causing him to come up short and off balance

Myriam Nicole to Miss Upcoming World Cups Due to Concussion
@fattyheadshok: For me I generally feel a bit better while on cannabis, but taken a few days in a row it ultimately seems to aggravate things. So I've been laying off. Will look at that study for sure. Thanks

Myriam Nicole to Miss Upcoming World Cups Due to Concussion
I'm dealing with the same thing. I hit my head pretty good on a rock while riding, didn't knock out but had 2 weeks of really bad headaches and dizziness/ confusion. Symptoms got like 50% better for a few months and now 3 months later I'm feeling pretty terrible. It doesn't matter if you pass out, you can be concussed without passing out, and if you have hit your head riding before (I have like 5-10 times) then each next hit will effect you worse usually. I'm seeing a neurologist soon which will hopefully help make a gameplan. But yeah be careful people it is incredibly difficult to go to work everyday feeling dizzy/out of it/ having constant headaches and pressure everyday. Be good to yourselves
