Does It Matter Where Your Bike Was Built? - Pinkbike Poll
My last 4 mountain bikes were U.S. made. I simply like the "home made " article for bling factor. It doesn't mean that it is better made nor that it is a better product. Now, most of the bikes from that company are made in Asia. That's not a bad thing, but it's harder to justify the high price now.

Test it, break it, improve on it, sell it. They'll buy it up like little hot cakes.

Ridden and Rated: Six Tires for Rugged Trails
@jaame: I agree, the Magic Mary got a bad rap because of a bad batch and, IMO, misuse. Many people used the softer, flexible casing for DH and paid the price with ripped knobs and torn casings. I put a couple of them through their paces as front tires and they both lasted me a full season. Schwalbe has yet to disappoint me, they are fun, fast and predictable. When using a Procore system, they are near bombproof. Damn I miss the sound of side knobs .........
