Every race day should be independent.
Like a weekend with the friends.

We like to watch our favorite riders, especially when they do well.
If we all picked 20 riders to watch race I think we would choose many of the same top athletes, because we think we know who is good enough to win consistently.
However DH is a sport where you push the comfort level and hopefully end up safe. That’s really the fun, right.

But anyone who rides DH knows it’s not a spectator sport. Lonely out there even.
And that’s good.
It’s a paycheck to these guys, but should that change how we see the sport?

Pinkbike Poll: What Do / Would You Use An eMTB For?
I’m sure it’s been said, but it means more downhill laps and more jumps which makes me a better and happier cyclist and person. Getting good at jumps is repetition. How many lips can you hit after work and before dark? Sometimes it may be about being driven and “what’s the fastest way to get better?”. Same trails. Lots more laps!
I don’t have an e-bike by the way
Honestly i like pushing my bike back to the top of the trail. It’s the reflective time. I ride a dirt jumper, mostly
