In the insta comments on Loic's interview, Finn said Loic was in the medical facility getting checked out and wasn't cleared to go on the podium in time. Gracey got checked out too but was released earlier having been admitted earlier (she was potentially in a better state too anyway). Loic was willing to risk the delay for a potential shot at the championship but understandably prioritised seeing a doctor over doing his run or standing on the podium once Jackson had played his part, especially as it was worse than he realised when he was warming up. Sad to see so much negativity about Loic, especially considering how well we all know his character. He's a great sportsman and an incredible competitor. With scarce information he definitely deserves the benefit of the doubt.
