sick buddy, nm goin on but buildin sum pretty nice new trails and got a dh race this weekend up at caersws wiv ash. u hear ash is english hardtail champ now!

get the train too redruth, its the stop after truro. then its like a 5 minute cycle down to the track. i have a pic on my profile somewhere with directions
