Shimano Deore XT 4-pot complete set, new in box
$250 GBPFull set (front and rear) Shimano Deore XT 4-pot brakes (BL-M8100 levers, BR-M8120 calipers). Completely unused, never fitted, not even got them out of the plastic wrappers. Come with all spares, hoses, metallic pads, etc.

27.5 wheelset
$60 GBPComplete wheelset on Shimano hubs, centerlock, boost. They run true, no dents.
Comes with rotors (203mm front, 180mm rear), cassette (13 speed, I think SRAM NX type) and tyres with good life on them (Michelin Wild Enduro 2.8 front, Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.8 rear). Set up tubeless with anodised blue Nukeproof valves.
They seem to hold air fine, but they’ve not been used in ages so fresh valve core and sealant probably recommended! Not the best cosmetically but I’ve not done a great job cleaning them, they’ll probably buff up with a bit of elbow grease.
Local collection only, although I may consider posting at a push.

Ragley Trig XL Ultraviolet
$350 GBP2023 Ragley Trig frame and fork, size XL, colour Ultraviolet.
Great frame, steel has just enough compliance to make this a very comfy but lively ride. Swapped all my components over to a different frame, after deciding to go down a size.
Good condition, though it does have surface scratches in a few places from various bags attached to it over time and a few spills. Some of the scratches may come off with a good polish! Has one chip near the dropper cable entry point.
Comes with FSA headset, super smooth. Fork is carbon, comes with the top clamping nut, front and rear axles also included. I’ll also include the original seapost clamp (when I find it!), and the cheap old stem you see in the picture if you come collect it — it’s only on there to hold the fork up.
Prefer collection, but I may be able to post for a fee.

Ohlins TTX2 Air
$250 GBPOhlins TTX2 Air, trunnion mount, excellent condition.
205x65, comes with mounting hardware (I believe stroke can be reduced to 62.5 or 60mm reasonably easily).
Came spare with a frame I bought on here over 6 months ago, I’ve never mounted it and doubt I will, hence selling. It’s in great condition, but I can’t guarantee when it was last serviced.
Can post to UK for a bit extra. I have spare Ohlins box, though not the one for this!

All the wax options mentioned here sound like a lot of faff. With the weather we have here, cleaning, drying and lubing after every ride seems like a must, wax or not, so I’m really not sure what extra there is to gain from that extra step. I’m not sure exactly how long my chains last, but I’m not unhappy with how often I have to replace them or cassettes/chainrings, seems every few years at the most — I don’t feel the need to find out if I do 500 or 550 miles on any item. And my drivetrains always run smooth as. But hey, one’s mileage may literally vary!
Edit: I do replace my chains more often than every few years :)

Whyte S-150s with Rockshox Coil
$340 GBP2018 Whyte S-150s with Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate coil.
In good mechanical condition, bearings changed last April. Has a fair few battle scars, but still rides perfectly. I had considered giving it a respray at some point soon but another frame came in the way of that!
Comes with FSA headset still installed, and custom seat post cable routing (original snagged all the time and was a pig to install). Original Maxle rear axle.
I’ll also include the original shock, a Rockshox Deluxe Select+ in great condition. Also got a spare derailleur hanger, I think!
May consider reasonable offers, would much prefer collection but might consider posting. I might also consider selling shocks separately.
