I had an Australian shepard that would stay right on my back tire all day if I could ride that long. She had amazing stamina. Energy forever. Super smart and I swear she understood English. Also super loyal. Any sheep herding breed would be my choice.

Canyons Bike Park, Park City Utah
No. Deer valley has lots of trails but they fail miserably at maintaining them (fire swamp, thieves forest). They have NO jumps or real freeride stuff. If they don't get their sh!t together the Canyons will take over the whole scene in P.C.

A smooth transition to winter?
I used to live in the dirty south (Texas) and I loved riding year round....but there aren't really any mountains in Texas. Now I live in Utah.....in the mountains. It doens't get any better than walking out your door and hitting a big DH trail. I'll give up the southern rideable winters (for snowboarding!) for 8000' trails any time.
