Saracen Kili Flyer X12 £4k custom build 650b/27.5

$1300 GBP
Immaculate condition - literally like new, unlike many bikes advertised. Reduced from £1,550 Custom built by my LBS, Plush Hill Cycles, 3 and a half years ago with great spec totalling almost £4,000. Completely different bike to the 121, 122 and 123 models - even the carbon main frame ones. This gets the best reviews of them all. review of much cheaper 122 model - https://www.mbr.co.uk/reviews/120mm-140mm-full-sus/saracen-kili-flyer-122-review#M3yc1qeCoMUdlvxL.99 Custom butted tubeset with carbon rear end and CNC tapered headtube. Very easy to change from 2x10 to 1x10 (or 1x11) by keeping the existing crank but swopping the chainring from 38t/24t to a single 32t or 34t (Renthal 1XR are good for under £50). MBR magazine gave the lower spec 122 a score of 9/10 and Test Winner award and said "Saracen has done an amazing job with the geometry and handling to produce an out-and-out trail bike. And while it only has 120mm of travel it uses what it has sparingly, so it feels taut and reactive while always maintaining something in reserve for those ‘holy crap’ moments. The end result is a bike that’s a total blast to ride" and "We could tell that the Saracen had the makings of a great bike. Snappy under power and with a calmness to the rear suspension that only good-quality carbon brings to the ride, we were buzzing down the trail faster than a bee on amphetamines". Invisi frame fitted from new. Washed, dried and GT85'd after every single ride since. Lightly used due to having other bikes and running. Regularly serviced by my local bike shop; the last one including a full fork service with replacement SKF seals, wheels re-tensioned, brakes bled and a full bolt check. Slack head angle for modern riding. This comes with a 140mm fork (approx 66 degree head angle) but also comes with 130mm conversion kit (approx 67 degree head angle). The cheaper models only have 120mm. Huge upgrades from standard spec on the 121, 122 and 123 models including full Shimano XT groupset (2x10 with much lighter hollowtech II crank and shaddowplus mech) XT ispec/icetec/servowave/finned brakes, Rockshox Reverb stealth dropper post, Raceface SixC carbon 760mm bars (beefed up from 31.8 to 35mm), Easton Haven 50mm stem (10mm shorter than the standard spec for better control, but evened out by having 760mm wide bars rather than the standard 740mm) and Stans ZTR Arch EX wheels on Hope Pro II hubs. Tyres set up tubeless. Rockshox Revelation RCT3 3-position fork with maxle lite bolt thru (bolt thru rear as well). Fox Float CTD Boostvalve Factory Series shock with Kashima coat. XT trail pedals. Hope blue finishing kit and matching blue decals to wheels, shock and fork. Comes with 2 matching Stans Arch ZTR EX wheels. The front wheel shown in the photos is a second/spare Hope Tech Enduro wheel on Hope Pro 4 hub, with set up tubeless, with 2.4 Der Kaiser Projekt tyre and icetec 180mm rotor which is available for an additional £150. Only used a couple of times so is like new

Giant Anthem Custom build. X1 Frame. Kashima shock/ZTR Arch

$1250 GBP
Custom built Giant Anthem with 18 month old X1 frame and shock (RRP £1199 alone). Much loved (kept inside the house) and extremely well looked after. Medium frame. Im 6'1'' but its a little bit small for me, hence the long seatpost. EVERYTHING shown is included.....PLUS I’m including the original wheelset (Giant S-XC2 DW) with brand new rotors and matching blue QR skewers, plus three additional sets of spare tyres, making this a fantastic ‘complete package’ for the hills/trail centres and for commuting to work. If you dont want the dropper post, Ill accept £1100. If you also don't want the renthal bars and raceface stem/grips (but have the original giant ones), I'll accept just £999. Take your choice ! I’ll drop the bike off anywhere in Shropshire free of charge. All parts have been sourced for their weight saving and strength and have all been fitted by my local bike shop who have also done regular routine servicing. Frame - ALUXX SL frameset with ‘OverDrive’ headset – the latest, stiffest and lightest Anthem frame from Giant (much better than pre-2012 models). 18 months old Rear shock – Fox Float CTD Factory shock with Kashima Coat. 18 months old Front Fork - Fox F100 RL-11, tapered steer. One small mark on stantion (just to be 100% honest). Doesnt effect ride in any way and really not worth mentioning. See photo 5 Bottom bracket - Press-fit ‘Power Drive’. 18 months old Handlebars - Renthal Fatbar Lite (740mm). Original Giant bars also included Stem – Raceface Chester (50mm). Original (100mm) Giant stem also included Grips - Renthal Lockon Kevlar. 12 months old Shifters - Shimano XT Rapidfire M770. 12 months old Front Derailleur - Shimano Deore Rear Derailleur - Shimano XT shadow. 12 months old Gear Cables - Shimano Gore Ride On. 18 months old Rear Cassette - Shimano XT M770. 12 months old Crankset - Shimano M542 22/32/42 (paint on arms is worn from shoe rub, but would easily respray, or decal over, if you feel the need) Brakes - Shimano XT hydraulic Servo Wave, with upgraded ice-tec rotors. 18 months old Wheels – Stans ZTR Arch. Very good condition (see photos) set up tubeless and running true Tyres – Schwalbe Nobby Nic (2.4 front / 2.2 rear). 12 months old, but plenty of tread (see photos) Hubs – Hope Pro II Evo (gunmetal grey) Skewers – Hope QR (gunmetal to match hubs). 12 months old Seatpost – Rockshox Reverb (dropper post). Less than 12 months old Seat – Limited Edition Charge Spoon. 6 months old Pedals - Shimano XT PD-M785 Trail SPD (clip-ins). 18 months old Bottle cage - RXL carbon Spare tyres for additional wheelset - Maxxis CrossMark, Bontrager Jones XR and Continental Barons. All used, but still with decent life left in them Washed, dried, GT85’d and oiled after every single ride (between one and two rides per month). Clear frame protection patches fitted to the frame from new to help prevent cable rub. There are of course a couple of marks (as you’d expect on a used mountain bike) but as you can see from the photos, it really has been looked after. You will not be disappointed. Loads of receipts inc frame/shock and regular servicing. Thanks for looking

Kili Flyer - A Bike for all Trails. A Bike for all Seasons.
Just ordered an X12 frame with custon build inc 130 fork, which should make it even better than the standard 121 which I tried and really liked. For general trail riding, I dont think you can go far wrong with this for the price
