Storming the South Island - A New Zealand Adventure
Looks fantastic! I moved here last April and haven't explored the south island on my bike yet. I'm taking the camper in the summer, can't wait! I'll just have to put up with Taupo and Rotorua for now ;)

The other 51 weekends of the year!
I get where you're coming from and in an ideal world women's weekends wouldn't be necessary. unfortunately a lot of women are intimidated and put off by the male dominated/macho crowd at trails. If an occasional event such as this helps to get more women involved in the sport it's worthwhile.
