Mathieu van der Poel Targets the XCO World Title
It seems like an utter failure in strategy if you have to publish "links" to a sibling site from one publication to another as their own separate article/post. I say "links" because it's not even a hyperlink, it's just text that the user is expected to copy and paste into a new browser tab. Really?

Pinkbike Poll: What Would it Take For YOU to Ride the Hardline Tasmania Course?
The metric to imperial conversion seems a bit off?
Container drop - 29 m (65 ft)
Shark fin - 23 m (75 ft)
Chasm gap - 24 m (80 ft)
Assuming metres are correct, that's:
Container drop - 95 ft
Shark fin - 75 ft (correct)
Chasm gap - 78 ft

Roundup: 17 New Hardtails for Hooning
Correct: there should always be a space for a steel hardtail in your garage... and then you should use that space for something better.
Disclaimer: I own a Norco Torrent; 16kg of sluggish, heavy, docile bike, that's not particularly capable, nor agile, nor, well, fun really. It jumps and jibs like a battleship and I only ever take it out in horrible weather rather than wreck my "good" bikes.
I'm sure there are many other lovely steel hardtails out there, but mine isn't one; still, it excels at one thing: keeping me riding when the rain is biblical.
