Video: Christina’s 10 Ways To Stay Fit Off The Bike
@savagelake: Which doesn't remedy the fact that up to 90% of fiber is removed during the juicing process, depending on the juicer. Some soluble fiber will remain, but the majority of insoluble fiber is removed. Both are integral in metabolic processes and digestion. Unless of course you're adding all the pulp back in which is rather difficult with most juicers. This why blending or eating whole fruit/vegetables is much better.

@christinachappetta: I just use a nutribullet right now, I don't have any issues with what I blend and get 3-5x the RDA for all my micronutrients daily. You can always use a peeler or grader on vegetables that are too hard on your blender before you put them in.

@robwhynot: Lack of knowledge and wanting sweet things to be healthier than they are. Blending fruits/veggies is the way to go if people want liquid health.

Are you Concerned About the Demise of Bike Shops? - Pinkbike Poll
I like to think that I don't need bike shops and for the most part I am a self-sufficient mechanic and buy all my parts online. But if they all close down I'd be screwed because I still don't know how to build my own wheels. Ironically a quality wheel builder is pretty rare in bike shops these days.

Snowshoe needs to build better landings. They say "oh if you're good enough you shouldn't have a problem". How about building it so you don't have to brake into it for a smooth landing. I suggested this while they were building it and just got the above response.
Note: the guy in video was obv too nose heavy but if it was a proper transition he probably would have landed it.
