Cane Creek Announces the DB Kitsuma Shock
Why has no one ever made a cut down 3mm hex key with a thumb head on it before?

Check Out: A Youth Neck Brace, Suspension Service, Hydration Pack, & More
1. Wrist based optical heart rate monitors give out some of the worst data for accurately tracking your heart rate. Give some of the reviews at dcrainmaker.com a look to see. 2. As some of the other people have noted, you can get a decent optical strap for pretty cheap these days or even a chest strap. This data can be analysed for free through the likes of Strava, Garmin or the Elevate add on for your web browser. 3. It looks retro AF. I've seen nicer medical devices.

Good condition Cove Stiffee FR frame for sale including Hope headset, Chris King bottom bracket and XT cranks. I will also include new decals for the frame which I got a few years back and never fitter. Only selling as the bike is too small for me. No cracks or scratches. This frame is a beast and is a good fun DJ rig or can take a 160 fork if that's your thing. I will add the forks shown for an additional £50. If you fancy anything else off the build let me know. * Thompson straight seatpost * XO Trail Brakes * Renthal bars * Mavic Crossmax SX wheelset. Postage to be agreed at buyers cost.

For sale I have a set of Bos Deville 140mm forks suitable for 26" wheels. These are hands down the best forks I've ever use. So good I bought a second set of 160mm ones off eBay, so these are going to waste. If they fitted my hardtail I'd be keeping them. There's a few rub and chip marks on the lowers and crown as shown in the pictures but they're all superficial. There's no marks on the stanchions or oil leaks. The stem is tapered and cut at 190mm. Any questions let me know. Currently listed on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162135284643

5 Questions I Want Answered - Opinion
My question, why is the pocket on the front of a waterproof jacket (where everyone puts their phone) not fully waterproof? I've started putting my phone in a baggie as it either gets wet from the rain coming through from the outside or by me sweating through from the inside! It's a Gore-Tex pro shell jacket so should be grand.
