These aren't fully waterproof but are water resistant. Pockets on the front and back.

10 Speed X9 Rear Derailleur
$20 GBP10 speed Sram X9 rear derailleur. Used for a year or two before converting to 1x11.
Deraillleur worked when taken off but is untested.
Moves freely. Jockey wheels are in good condition
Type 2 roller bearing clutch.

Magura Horseshoe Hydraulic V-brakes
$30 GBPMagura Horseshoe Hydraulic V-Brakes. Front brake is in okay condition cosmetically, rear brake (black one) is in worse condition cosmetically. Brakes work. I have no idea when they were bled last. Brake pads have plenty of life left.
I don't know much about these brakes but I will try and answer any questions or send more photos on request. Replacement parts are still avaliable online so could be restored
Come with calipers, hoses, levers and brake pads on the front and rear
