Giant Trance X 29 1 - Large

$3850 CAD
2022 Giant Trance X 29 1 - Large Bought brand new this season. Bike rides like it is brand new and looks almost like it is brand new. Never been in a crash. Bought for $4,700 ($4,470 brefore tax) Have original receipt This was my come-out-of-retirement bike after not riding for at least 6 years. It was also my post-spine surgery bike - so it was ridden quite light and not long rides. This was probably ridden an average of once a week this season for about an hour each time. Bike has recently been tuned at the shop and hasn't been ridden since. These are the specs and my pedals are included: https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/trance-x-29-1

Norco Sight 2 - Small

$850 CAD
I'm selling my wife's bike. Has not been used in at least 3 seasons and has been fully replaced with a horse. Bike is as pictured. Parts are stock (link below) except the fork is a rock shock revalation and NRG pedals added. Seems to be in good working condition despite the long storage but you will likely want to tune. This is a fun, tight, little trail bike. https://m.norco.com/bike-archives/2012/sight-2//

Devinci Wilson rc Large

$950 CAD
2011 Devinci Wilson rc for Sale. Reason for selling: Bike has not been used in 3 years. Collecting dust. Time to let it go. Specs: As pictured. Pretty much stock with pedals and handlebars added: http://2011.devinci.com/bikes/browse_9#9_32_92 Condition: Was tuned before being stored but it hasn't been ridden in a long time. Of note: there is some play in the big pivot - Taken to Lynn Valley bikes and had it checked - pretty bombproof so still rideable and safe right now. Will want to get it replaced eventually. Not many scratches - still looks good.

Use This Escalating Density Training Workout to Improve Your Strength Endurance
I feel so bad James Wilson who tries to help create a stronger and more functional breed of bikers. Then gets the most uneducated guesses and opinions possible as a response. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach this is why I am very reluctant to take on Mountain Bikers..... you are all so far behind compared to other sports because of the lack of correlation between your in-gym training and performance. A Coach could make you so much stronger and fitter and then you wash out on one corner and assume it did nothing.... or the opposite: you clown around in the gym and happen to have the best run of your life. - This is not meant to replace aerobic training. There are many types of strength. Strength-Speed, Strength-Endurance, Muscular Endurance... and on and on and on. - Proper weight training will Reinforce good movement, Make you stronger, and the goal for higher level athletes who compete often: Make you more Durable! If you get stronger without adding too much bulk AND without losing your base conditioning levels in the process each pedal stroke will be a lot easier and lighter than before and therefore tax you less and therefore give you a sense of better conditioning. The spot of mountain Biking is not a natural human movement at all and requires more work to reverse the negative effects of very poor postural positions and unnatural movements compared to field sports, track, gymnastics, weightlifting. I love biking but that's the truth.
