May 19, 2024DIAMONDBACK RELEASE 5C - Large Carbon frame
$1300 USDPurchased as new old stock in July 2021 and the LARGE Full Carbon frame is still in excellent shape. Has a Fox 36 fork with DB's Level-Link rear suspension connected via a Fox DPX2 shock,
150mm Front/130mm Rear suspension were professionally serviced by a local shop and not ridden since. Has a SRAM GX 11- speed drivetrain with Guide R brakes. 27.5" Race Face ARC30 wheels with Novatec 6 pawl hubs for quick engagement and Maxxis Minion tires. KS Dropper seat post is NEW.
This frame is still the same as their current 2024 Release 5C model and lists now for over $5800 (crazy).
I'm 5'9" and it fits very well. This frame is very much like a Santa Cruz 5010 (Gen 2) and rides great.
If posted, it is still available. Willing to meet up for a ride or deliver around CT or perhaps in neighboring states.
I can send more detailed photos or videos if needed and I am willing to negotiate to help get it sold.

Santa Cruz Bikes Co-Founder Rob Roskopp Appears to Have Left the Brand
@blensen: But all their bike stuff is made in Asia. The high-end moto type stuff is made in the US, Ran into some manufacturing engineers at a show in GA and they said their new plant is struggling to maintain the quality they expect and need.

Santa Cruz are the Latest Brand to Increase Retail Prices Due to the Effects of COVID 19
@nurseben: I just built my freind, Instense Primer from the frame up. Sourcing the components we needed/wanted was difficult without paying crazy high prices. Frames prices (MSRP especially) has gotten out of hand and components were about 20% higher than my last build two season ago. It will all come back to normal eventually, I hope.

Santa Cruz are the Latest Brand to Increase Retail Prices Due to the Effects of COVID 19
@rideallday110: How come they can manage all these added increases and still sell very reasonably priced bikes? Makes me wonder if the others aren't just taking advantage of the crazy demand and folks with stimulus money to spend.

Jan 7, 2017Juliana Furtado/Santa Cruz 5010 Carbon Mountain Bike
$1999 USD2014 Juliana Furtado / Santa Cruz 5010 CC Carbon Bike
------------------Full Shimano XT build------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This frame is identical to the top of the line Santa Cruz 5010 CC (lightest & strongest). If you don't like the Juliana logos or paint, you could always get it wrapped at a vinyl shop and have a custom color.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a Size LARGE - I'm 5'9" and it fits me perfectly. Super light (26.34 lbs) Full Suspension All-Mountain Bike
with 140mm Rock Shox Revelation Front suspension & 125mm Fox Float CTD (Kashima coat) rear suspension.
Built new from the frame up (original owner) in Summer 2015. Used lightly for two seasons and in excellent condition. Has only a couple noticeable paint chips (see photo) and very minor cable rub. The chip in the photo occurred from my cleat hitting the top tube on a dismount, not from a crash. Covered with 3M protective tape in most areas.
Any dark smudges and dirt seen in the photos are likely on the 3M tape only. Could be removed and frame would be in near mint condition. The paint is incredibly durable.
It is set-up 1x10 and you will be amazed at how easily you can climb and ride for many hours on a bike with this much travel that weighs just 26.34 lbs (see photo). The drivetrain has normal wear from two seasons of occasional riding and works very well.
