2025 Pinkbike Awards: Suspension Product of the Year Nominees
@ocnlogan: Have you done any of the damper mods discussed around on forums ? Im fairly light and felt it was a bit to harsh on LS stuff, Did a shim mod where i removed a shim and now its freaking awesome.

First Ride: Fox's New 34 SL - More Fork, Light Weight
@MattInNZ: The R8 (at 120mm) is a very cabable fork. Haven been riding it for 6 months now, and it performs way better than my old lyrik charger 3 at 140mm (swapped that right away for a mezzer when i felt the wow from the R8)

Spotted: The New and Not-so Secretive Scott Gambler
in Denmark there are SO many scotts. its so sad that the diversity of bikes is so low. The importers have done a great job getting scott to all the big chain bike shops. (There are other shops with more diverse options fortunately, but usually small LBS's) Also the used marked is flooded with scotts. If you go to the trails you will often find scott owners padding each others back at how good the integrated shock looks, and ask each other if they also have issues with their twinlock system.

Video: Travel Essentials, Kaz Talks Us Through the New Ibis, and a Very Special Banshee
@artistformlyknowasdan: Im still riding my 13' banshee rune v2.. Just did a full rebuild last winther with "high" end part and slammed it to 140/140mm setup. Funny thing, the geo now is VERY similar to modern trail bikes.

First Ride: Manitou's New R8 XC Fork
@skierdud89: awesome ! My frame is made for 100-130 fork... currently at 120mm which is fine for my current marathon races, but having rougher marathon races in mind, a 130 travel with the mattoc performance seems VERY tempting, compared to the more race oriented R8.

First Ride: Manitou's New R8 XC Fork
@skierdud89: How do you like the Mattoc pro while climbing/pedaling ? Im looking to upgrade my "Downcountry" fork and the mattoc seems VERY tempting in terms of adjustability and comfort, but this R8 seems really good as well, though maybe not as comfy in the long run.
