randy---jack here--- i don't use pinkbike to much----but what in the hell are you up to man----you got to remember that your'e not 20 anymore---trust me---i can relate to some of the pain you have been through--- your better to tone the ride down and ride longer---will try to check out more of your postings---good to see your still out and about

i got a facebook mtb user group i created. Trail Builders of kaien island. U can check it out and see what i've been up as far as building and riding. I'm also starting a mtb club here in rupert.

finally got a fully, 2007 norco six w/ a fox propedal rear shock, just built it up and called in sick to take it for a test ride....peace
