 randy---jack here--- i don't use pinkbike to much----but what in the hell are you up to man----you got to remember that your'e not 20 anymore---trust me---i can relate to some of the pain you have been through--- your better to tone the ride down and ride longer---will try to check out more of your postings---good to see your still out and about jack
