@TheR: I too think Henry is correct. My new fox stuff rebound is wide open, compression is nearly closed. My RockShox stuff is similar to what you said. Rebound a few from open. HSC middle ish, LSC 65% closed.

Suspension setup in general, not just sag. 99% of people I talk to have compression wide open and rebound basically closed. When I ask why most people say that you don’t need compression for descending it’s for efficiency and rebound bucks you………I live in the front range if that tells you anything.
