Burning Question: Eleven Major Manufacturers on Frame Warranty
I had a TR 450 in about 2014. Rode it hard for a couple of years and loved it. I sold and shipped the frame to someone in Philadelphia from Alberta.
A couple of weeks later he messaged me and said he had found a small crack on the bottom side of the headtube. Sent me a couple of photos and sure enough it was cracked. I felt brutal about it and was willing to return the frame but figured I'd reach out to Transition to see if they could help.
They sent him, the second owner, a brand new front triangle for free. I couldn't believe it. Unreal customer service.
