Charlie Harrison Undergoes Scaphoid Surgery After Leogang Crash
Damn I got lucky with mine. I got a screw put in right away and was back to playing hockey 8 weeks later. That was 10 years ago and still no pain.

Point: Suspension Lockout Levers Have Made Bikes Worse
@InsaNeil024: If you feel like you get close enough thats all that matters. If you ever get to ride a custom damper from one of the companies i mentioned it may forever change you. Its not a small difference that you indicate though. This is also why the cane creek helm doesnt have a pedal platform but you can instead tune high and low compression, and rebound separately. A quote right from the helm article on pinkbike "There's no pedal-assist lever that would firm the fork up for smooth climbs, and Cane Creek says that they decided to not include one in order to avoid sacrificing any damper performance for a climbing aid. That's a telling decision as it shows how Cane Creek intends the Helm to be used. " Don't be confused its not just on descents you notice those sacrifices. Any transition or corner that can g out the suspension, high speed chatter bumps, square edge hits, these are all typical things that suspension must mitigate even on flat trails.

@acali: How do you find the only engineer in the room? You don't have to, he will tell you.

If you are an engineer you should look into how the dampers are designed. Simply having a pedal platform requires compromises to the design of the damper in terms of suspension performance. This is why companies like avalanche racing and vorsprung exist. Pedal platforms ruin suspension performance. If you want the pedal platform to climb more efficiently just realize you are making a compromise on the suspension when you really need it. My personal feelings are climbs are just a means to have fun. If i lose a little efficiency by not having a pedal platform on a climb the performance gain everywhere else is more than worth it.

An Update on Richie Rude & Jared Graves' Failed EWS Drug Test
@baptistamtb200: Broc Tickle's is bad but Cade Clason is arguably the worst. He isnt as high profile. He filed the correct TUE but it was never processed correctly. Ruined his entire chance at earning an income from the sport. For others reading this that might not be as familiar just keep in mind the suspension date is effective from the last day they raced professionally even if it was in a series not governed by WADA. This prevents them from earning a living which is a big problem for the riders without big sponsor contracts. They cant just race in other series for 2 years and come back. They cant do any sort of riding.

Review: Magura's MT7 Pro Brakes Are Ultra-Customizable
I have MT5's on both of my bikes. They are best brake for the money especially once you put the 8.p pads set from the MT7 into the 5.
