@defconfour: Was hoping that fork would be noticed. Nice memories. Always wanted a Jeff Bottema fork to go on my Supergoose with those CW bars, Oakley III's, Pro-Nek stem, Redline Flight cranks, Crupi beartraps, and then newly released Skyway "freewheel" mags, probably rollin on Comp III's. That thing was dialed.

Throwback Thursday: Kranked 5 Turns 20
Awesome, Kranked 5! I almost Forgot how important those vids (Kranked(s), Chainsmoke(s), the Down(s) were to my personal freeride progression. I was on a .243 DH steel (8lb) frame w/ 21" top tube, Rock Shox Psylo fork w/ U-turn tech. Race Face Northshore cranks with ISIS BB, Azonic seat and pedals, Azonic stem, Azonic bars, Oury grips, Woodman hubs, Arrow rims, IRC Kujo DH tires, with Slime. Wow, 20 years!

Video: Drop Bar Dirt Jumping in 'Questionable Choices'
Skillset well demonstrated, but no long manuals or wheelies...I only bring it up because those are the 'only' things I could do good comfortably on my brother's thin tire menace, couldn't even train on the damn thing, weird bars, seemingly too thin tires for my comfort. The last thing I ever would have thought was to take it to the trails and JUMP IT! And Why Not, looks really fun, light, flickable...but those bars again...hmm. I bet you could really impress and/or piss some off some racers at the local BMX track on that thing too. My buddy just watched it and said the same thing he says about some our trials ridin', "How do you guys 'Think' like that, I mean really?" I told him it's all about the ridin' man, R-I-D-I-N. Nicely done!

26"er as well, I've been running Maxxis Holy Rollers for over 20yrs, and I've never had a reason to look for another tire, personally, the perfect all-around street/DJ tire. another of those awesome "put 'em on and forget about 'em parts".
