Hi guys, For sale is my beloved Capra frame. I’ve had Capras for over four years but it’s time for something new and I’m looking to change wheelsize. This is a seriously capable mini-dh rig that can pedal really efficiently too. This hasn’t been used as the do-it-all bike it’s designed for by me - more cruising around trail centre trails and the local woods. The bulk of its use has been for coaching purposes and so it’s still pretty low mileage! It was a warranty frame which I received this time last year and has only been out on the odd ride since. (I’ve only ridden it twice since last summer). The frame bearings are therefore all sound and the frame is in good condition with just a few of the usual scuffs from riding it. The bottom bracket could do with replacing but it’ll get you by. It has a standard PF30 BB but also has click-on adapters for raceface cranks so it’ll fit whatever you have. Alternatively I can throw in my raceface turbine cranks for the right price. The shock was serviced in early summer so hasn’t seen much use since. There is a small wear mark on the shaft (which is too faint to show up on photos). This is quite common with Horst suspension designs but in this case doesn’t affect the performance at all. Also with the frame I’ve got a little bag of spares including a mech hanger and a handy custom wrench specifically made for the removal of a Capra hanger - which is otherwise difficult on the trailside. I also have, for sale, a set of e*thirteen wheels rebuilt with DT Swiss advanced spokes with proloc nipples, with tan wall onza ibex tyres with good life left. Which I’ll do a good deal on with this frame. I’d be willing to drive Within a reasonable distance of Cheltenham or post at buyers cost. Thanks for looking...
