@rickybobby19: If you use the nosed ferrules that come with the rubber seal, that helps with the cable wear on 11spd stuff. You just need the ferrule, not the seal.

@ivarulz: Without a high limit screw, the only way to set starting position is with cable tension (and hoping that the hub/cassette/derailleur interface is all within spec, which sometimes is not the case). Without a low limit screw, the only thing preventing over shifting into the spokes is a plastic skid plate on the cage. For as many times as I've seen T-type derailleurs move from their "fixed" b-tension position, having no physical stop is a risky proposition.

@LDP12: Yes but Eagle 90 is not very good. Microadjust on an AXS / T-type derailleur works well but relying on cable tension only for ALL adjustments is bonkers. There is no low limit adjustment and the only thing preventing shifting into the cassette is a skid plate on the cage. Just because you can rebuild it in 40sec doesn't make it a good idea.
