CUSTOM 'SAM HILL' IRON HORSE SUNDAY 2009 Iron horse Sunday Team in Medium. Sam Hill replica colours. Only one of its kind, as I opted to have the linkage plates sprayed gold instead of the original green. Riding his best aboard the Sunday, I had the frame professionally sprayed and decals added to match the bike that Sam Hill became World Champion on. Seems to get a lot of attention! The paint cost £180 alone as 4 coats were required. Including a white primer to get the green to be bright enough to match the Monster decals. Always looked after. Never uplifted or raced. In good condition & never really used to its full potential. Frame heli-taped for protection, but usual cosmetic marks & stone chips and scratches to the underside of the frame around the underside of the chain stays. The rear wheel does have two small dings I recently noticed (one photographed). None of which affect the structural integrity of the bike. No dents/ cracks. I simply can’t justify keeping a bike of this standard sat in my cupboard under the stairs. Unused. Spare pair of unused Superstar sintered disc brake pads, included ready to fit As you'll see its got a couple of scratches on it but nothing too major and mechanically it rides great. I recommend the bike to be viewed before bidding. I live in Brighton, but work in Guildford so can potentially meet if this helps.
