The Pinkbike Podcast: Episode 107 - How (And Why) Did You Start Mountain Biking?
I had my bike stolen when I was around 13. I spent about one year without a bike until I saw a really nice Connor hardtail with 100mm travel and disc brakes. I wanted my mother to help me buy it but she said if I wanted a mountain bike I had to ride it off road, so she suggested I rent a hardtail and ride with the lbs ride group, needless to say, I fell in love with it and have been riding for the past decade. I guess you could say I started riding mountain bikes because my bike was stolen.

Formula's New 35 - First Look
@bigburd: A few months ago, busted the pedal setting knob and the mechanism its attached to on my pike. Raged hard, but then realised I never use it on the fork anyway

Acquired Tastes - Opinion
coming from someone who has lived most of his life in spain (in the dusty hot side) I am the complete opposite, i love muddy trails, slippery roots and all the rest. Dusty dry trails are a lot of fun, but i love sliding around on my bike more.

why would anyone do that? I can just dread getting all that sand out of the drivetrain!

First Ride: Rocky Mountain Maiden
am I the only one who thinks it is very aesthetically unpleasing? I'm very disappointed in the looks department
