Race Face Aeffect Cranks 170mm

$30 GBP
Race Face Aeffect Cranks in 170mm to fit 68/73mm BB. Comes with a 32t Burgtec Narrow/Wide chainring. Cinch fitting system so a cassette tool is required. These came as standard on a 2nd hand Orange P7. Used a handful of times before upgrading the cranks and relegating this set to the spares pile. Some heel rub on both crank arms and scuffing on the tips. Interfaces are smooth and the threads are still good. Looking for £30 including postage. Any questions PM me.

For sale is a set of Shimano Deore XT cranks in 175mm length. Comes with 32t chainring and 4x chainring bolts. To fit 68/73mm BB. I bought these 2nd hand as a groupset over a year ago and have put about 6 months riding on them. Selling due to being too long for me. There are a few chips on the arms (photos to show) and heel-rub but all the threads and interfaces are good. Any questions PM me.

Day One Randoms - Sea Otter 2019
I've heard that the new ISO standard for E-bike power figures is measured in 'Ninos'. "Bro, my new motor can give me an extra 1.25 Ninos in Boost mode!"

Pinkbike Awards: Best Value Product Nominees
Can Pinkbike itself be nominated? All this amazing content and it's all free! Best value I've ever had. (Also I'd really like to win an advent calendar, so please accept my undisguised flattery)

First Ride: 2019 Canyon Neuron
Maybe the best comparison would've been against a Subaru Impreza. It's not a Stadium Trophy Truck for smashing over everything, nor is it a a one-trick, rapid-as-funk go-kart. It's small, fun, can have a go at anything and is just right for going silly speeds through the woods. But hey, maybe I should wait until Autocar compare the new Evoque to a Specialized before making a judgement.

Ask Pinkbike: Ripmo or Smuggler, Powerful Brakes & Tough Tires
I've changed my Zees for E4s (not quite Saints but similar and a comparative swap if you ask me). The Zees were great for bone-dry, 'I want to stop yesterday', slamming on the anchors braking. Which I loved for while. Then came the inconsistent bleeding and horrible slimy trails back home. So I went for a change and bought some Barnoldswick Billet. The power is there although not as much as the Zees but I have set up the reach and throw of the lever to how I want and feel like, which is a big improvement. The power is there but it's not as direct as the Shimano units. Less an instant 100%, more subtle when you want it to be. But hey, each to their own, I just ride bikes to have fun and spend my payslip on something.

Lošinj Downhill World Cup Track Preview with Sam Pilgrim - Video
This track does nothing for me. Just as it starts to look interesting in the trees it's over in a flash and then winding down some back streets (without any stairsets to spice things up). This is what the World will see when they say 'Watch the WC DH, it's awesome'. I'll still watch it as I'm interested who will win, but then I'll also watch them ride a velodrome for the same reason.
