@ratedgg13: the SQLab inner barends are great especially as you keep normal flat bar brake levers position for descending or difficult terrain and can use the inner bar ends to get more aero on the flats. They are formed similar to a dropbar hood position, but they are too short to give you a racy position, more for long distance riding. RideFarr offers some that should do the trick

Have Slate T4, they are boring, always work, linear, utterly without interesting character features. They need bleeding around same distances as pad changes and after river crossings they simetimes creak for a minute or so. Ah yes and they seem to be absolutely indifferent to what oil you use...
