Opinion: The Pace of Change in the MTB World is Slowing Down, and I'm All For It
It is common that when asked "Will there be more change, or less change, in the next 10 years compared with the last 10yrs?" people generally feel there will be less change... And I don't think this belief will change much in the future. ha ha. With that said, I expect to see a lot of change in my bike over the next 10 years, just like we saw over the past 10 years. Electronics, manufacturing techniques, rider capabilities and designer creativity all seem to be evolving at great speed and surely this will result in surprising developments. Won't that be fun?

Santa Cruz Highball CC, Size XL
$1750 USDXL 2017 Santa Cruz Highball CC in matte-black with a Rock Shox Reba Solo Air 120mm fork. This bike includes a Works angle adjust headset, so the geometry is 1 degree slacker head angle than stock. Other parts include KS Lev 100mm dropper (good condition and no sag!) 11sp X1/XO1 drivetrain (in good/crisp shifting condition), XT 8000 series brakes, Renthal Carbon 31.8mm bar and a 70mm stem. This bike weighs 23.8lbs as pictured with those plastic pedals. No pedals are included in this sale. This my XC race bike, so I have kept it in top working order. I am selling it since I don’t ride it any more; at the moment, I think hardtails are just silly! ;)

I bought this in 2019, rode it a few times, and reverted back to my old saddle since this felt too narrow for me. It is in excellent condition since it has less than 20 hours of use.
