Hi, I am selling my custom 08 Kona Cowan DS. (Size Med) First thing to point out is that I hated the original white/blue Kona color scheme so I had it professionally powder coated white (& black upper swing-arm linkage). The black decals can be easily removed (no residue) if you don't like them. I also powder coated the fork lowers to match the frame. This was all done a little over a year ago, so after 1.5 seasons of normal wear to the powder coating please don't expect showroom quality... a couple scuffs and chips here and there, but overall it still looks amazing. Just look at those pics! I converted this bike from single speed to gears because I used it as a all around bike. Notice: Concentric BB Pivot frame design = ideal full suspension single speed bike. I purchased this bike because I wanted to get into dirt jumping, but quickly figured out that dirt jumping really wasn't my thing. So it was mostly just used as a trail bike, where it surprisingly excelled quite well. Its an awesome bike that has treated me well over the years, but its time to let it go because I don't have time to ride it. ---CONDITION--- 80% of its use was on light xc trails. (Yes, this bike actually pedals uphill supprisingly well!) This bike was used but not abused! It has been properly maintained throughout its life (fork just rebuilt last week & brakes just bled). The fork does however have a minor ding in the right stanchion, BUT I have ridden it this way for 4 years without any issues at all!
