Shimano XT 12 speed Drivetrain 8100, SEE PICS

$275 USD
I am selling a lightly used (see pictures!) Shimano XT 12 speed M8100 Drivetrain. This includes a 12 speed XT derailleur, 12 speed 10-51 tooth XT cassette, XT shifter, two Shimano HG chains (one with 512 miles, one with 102 miles), cable & housing. I purchased this drivetrain new, ran it on a bike for 614 miles, then switched to Sram Eagle. I rotate chains every 500 miles religiously (I track with an app called ProBikeGarage that syncs to my strava) so you will see the exact mileage of each part below. The reason the derailleur only has 166 miles is because I broke my previous derailleur. Send over any questions you have Here are the details: Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS Rear Derailleur, long cage (166 miles) MSRP: $115 Shimano XT SL-M8100-IL Shifter (614 miles) MSRP: $60 Shimano XT CS-M8100 Cassette - 12-Speed, 10-51t (614 miles) MSRP: $160 Shimano XT CN-M8100 Chain (512 miles) MSRP: $40 Shimano XT CN-M8100 Chain (102 miles) MSRP: $40 Shortened to 116 links (I had this on a large Revel Rascal, chainstay length of 433mm) Cable & Housing (614 miles) MSRP: N/A (included with shifter) Settled on the price of $275. I came uop with this number by totalling up the MSRP ($415) and dropping by 33% to account for it being used and wear and tear Send over any questions you have. I could also included a XTR derailleur with a broken cage as well if you want it for parts (this was the original that I broke after 448 miles) I can ship (buyer covers shipping) or meet someone in the Bellingham, Washington area

Canyon Strive with NEW wheelset, drivetrain, brakes

I am selling my 2019 Canyon Strive 8.0 size Large. Please see the specs as the wheelset, drivetrain, brakes and some other parts are not stock (they are all new parts pulled off of a new bike I bought). As is, the bike is permanently in the "Low" position (66 degree head tube angle). I never used the shapeshifter so I didn't feel the need to replace it. Bontrager Rapid Drive 108T Boost 148 Rear Hub Sram XD

$150 USD
Bontrager Line 30 Rapid Drive 108T Boost 148 Rear Hub (off Trek Fuel Ex 9.9, Sram XD Driver), Used Broke my Bontrager Line Pro 30 TLR rear rim a few weeks ago but sadly as the 2nd owner of the bike, it's not covered under warranty through Trek. So I bought a new full wheelset and now I don't need this hub. Prior to breaking the rim, this was a newish complete rear-wheel from Trek that was replaced by the previous owner in 2019. Guessing the hub has ~500 miles on it. This hub came off of a 2018 Trek Top Fuel 9.9 More details: Rapid Drive 108 hub (6 pawls) provides 3.3 degrees of engagement Boost 12x148mm Axle Sram XD Driver Freehub Body 6-bolt brake rotor attachment 28 spoke Additional details from Trek Product Page: Rapid Drive 108 provides 108 points of engagement so you can instantly count on your wheels for quick accelerations and to confidently pedal through even the most demanding terrain Boost 148 and Stacked Lacing dramatically increase wheel stiffness
