Pinkbike Poll: Should Bigger Bikes Have Longer Chainstays?
I love the idea of consisten ratios, especially as an XL/XXL rider who will always be riding a bike that wasn't specifically optimized/tested.
My top concern is at somepoint my bike will just be too damn big. Trails can be tight and showing up with a 510mm reach and 480mm chainstay might make life tough

I've tried to buy some Lakes in the past and that was a seriously unpleasant experience. Its really hard to find them in stock anywhere and the use so many different last across their different shoes. Borderline impossible to figure out what size you are without trying them on.

@jesse-effing-edwards: thats my approach and its worked great. Clothes need to be breathable for mountain biking so its better to just wear something that remains warm while wet.
