World Cup DH Coach Alan Milway on the Downtime Podcast: Beyond the Bike
Great stuff. Thanks for the awesome podcasts! This episode and your interview with Jordi have been the most informative podcasts relating to mountain biking that I've heard. Keep up the great work!

Mojo 3

$3300 USD
Selling my beloved Ibis Mojo 3 size XL. I've had this bike for two years and rode 1000 miles mostly on local bay area trails. This bike was built and maintained by The Bike Peddler in Santa Rosa (an ibis dealer) by a 10+ year veteran mechanic who was at the time their service manager. I've had a gen 1 Ripley, an HD3, this Mojo 3 and now I'm on an HD4. All these bikes are very different but I'd say that the Mojo 3 was the most well suited for having fun on local-ish trails (everything from Santa Cruz, East Bay, Marin Co, Sonoma Co, Napa Co and Mendocino Co). I'm replacing this bike with an HD4 for the added capability for racing enduros at the bike parks in CA but if that wasn't the case I'd be keeping this bike. It's super, super fun. Fork : Fox 34 factory 140 mm Kashima w/ FIT-4 damper Rear Shock : Fox DPS Evol Kashima Crankset : Raceface Turbine w/ 30T Raceface chainring (~200 miles) Shifter : X1 11 speed Rear Derailleur : XO1 11 speed Cassette : X1 11 speed Wheels : NEW Ibis 738 aluminum wheels Tires : NEW Maxxis DHF 3c EXO 2.6" Brakes : XT with new 180mm rotors front and rear and new brake pads Handlebar : Ibis 760mm carbon (I have a NEW 780mm aluminum Ibis bar if you prefer that) Stem : Thomson 50mm Seatpost : KS Lev 150mm dropper post w/ specialized shifter style lever (post was rebuilt by KS at around ~500 miles) Grips : NEW ibis branded lizard skin (plus an extra set I'll throw in if you like them) Saddle : WTB volt
