Ive tried this whole short crank thing, but i always end up with knee problems and my post nearly out of the frame(thankfully 240 now exsists) I think the story here is poor pedaling technique if you are smacking cranks. The pro list to longer cranks is bigger. Lower saddle Better knee health due to proper extension circle More leverage, bigger gearing. More open leg platform for stability More outside foot weight

@hellanorcal: Heated is correct, Dual clamps because they clamp in two places. Jordi refers to them as Dual. not sure where this myth started but its wrong to assume they are triples - I guess the Term applies to the fact that some dual clamp(dh forks) come with 3 clamps but you can only run 2, the top one can be exchanged depending on how much Stack you want to run
