Is the UCI World Cup Prize Money Model Broken? Wyn Masters Exposes Payout Disparities
@EvolutionMTBer: I Agree... Be careful Arguing in the comments, many people here are those 40%, they want more for doing less. I Jumped out of a Union job When their meetings essentially went "Lets get as much money out of them as we can" It was no longer about looking after the workers. P.s I Left that business at the same time, I dont Want to be paid the same as the Lazy F54ker next to me.

5Dev Releases Solid Steel Crank Spindle That Adds Half a Kilo to Your Bike
@Dougal-SC: Just a Question, have you tried weight under the BB on a WC track? I keep reading you Asking everyone to justify... your word of "ballast"... Do you even know what It does and what effect "ballast" has on a long vertical object? Your claim to being an engineer, you do understand there is Many(thousands?) engineer's in the past with designs that were absolutely Crap, not just in bikes but many Area's of design. for anyone wondering, This is the guy from https://www.shockcraft.co.nz/ - if you Wonder where to not spend your money.

First Ride: The 2025 Specialized Stumpjumper Has a New Dual Chamber Air Shock
So what's really different other than the side arm? Geo I would argue is worse for all rounder than the stumpy is known for(it's hardly changed) They changed to press in cups which is a shame. No cable shifting... I've own 3 current stumpy evos and with the cascade links I see no point in buying this model??? I love the big s and stumpy but I'm not sure I'd even consider this bike as it's just not that much different. Looks like I'll buy some previous gen evo frames as spare with some extra hardware and wait for the 16th stumpy. Bit of a fail on specilized part in my opinion

Tested: Do Short Cranks Work For Tall Riders?
Ive tried this whole short crank thing, but i always end up with knee problems and my post nearly out of the frame(thankfully 240 now exsists) I think the story here is poor pedaling technique if you are smacking cranks. The pro list to longer cranks is bigger. Lower saddle Better knee health due to proper extension circle More leverage, bigger gearing. More open leg platform for stability More outside foot weight
