Video: Becoming an Expert on New Zealand with The Gehrig Twins
Just to be clear...
"NZ Enduro
An event put up by Anka and Sven Martin.....The three-day event covers the trails of NZ’s very south of the North Island: Whakamarina, Nydia Bay and Whites Bay"
- Actually it's on the trails at the North of the South Island. Maybe they had the map up-side down!?

A Closer Look at Cannondale's Wild 2-Shock DH Bike - Maribor World Cup DH 2019
It's not a twin shock. It's a single coil spring and a single oil damper, in two different locations. Who says they need to be combined into one single component? "That's the way it's always been done" is not a valid answer by the way :-)

Poll: Does Your Trail Bike Have a Weight Problem?
So you "wager that most riders who are huffing around on "enduro certified" trail bikes would be faster (and happier) without the flab"? I've no dispute on your first (objective) assertion that riders would be faster...but I challenge you to elaborate on your second (subjective) assertion that riders would be happier.

Talking About Tire Pressure - Pinkbike Poll
Is there a baseline guide available that suggests a starting pressure for a given rider weight and typical types of conditions, factoring in tyre size also perhaps? That would be helpful, just like the basic recommended air pressure setting for a fork or shock.

'Not Guilty' Plea in Spectator Death Case
It's also possible that other winners would be those who are not killed or injured by a similar occurence, yes? Accidents happen, but always due to a series of circumstances, and if any one of those circumstances can be changed then such accidents can be prevented.
That is not to say that massive changes are required that would adversly affecting racing or spectating. Usually, just a small change creates a great safety improvement with only minor inconvenience.
