Chris Cocalis Chats About Pivot's Prototype DH Bike
It would be great to improve their customer service first. Had more than 10 Pivot bikes in the last 8 years and during the last three years everything is a problem from canceling orders to warranty claims. It’s a shame since the bikes are good but with that prices and that lame customer service there are more good bikes out there
