There's a Fine Line Between Clever and Stupid - Opinion
@BikesBoatsNJeeps: I hear you but with the opposite problem. I'm 5'10" with long legs. I run an 18" seat tube, 170mm dropper with about 3.5" of the post sticking out. I need a bike with a "short" reach, tall stack, and long seat tube. Point being, bike companies have to design for the bell curve person.

Dec 2, 2016Lenz Sport Lunchbox 29er Frame
$900 USDLenz LunchBox Frame, hub and shock. DT Swiss 240s hub with axle and Cane Creek DB Air shock. I'll also include another set of suspension rockers that make the bike 127mm (5") of rear travel.
The frame has some scratches but no cracks, dents, or deep scratches.
Hub is smooth with no problems - bearings feel great. The hub has an XD driver body.

Budget Carbon or Blinged-Out Aluminum? - Pinkbike Poll
I have fixed 4 carbon frames that would otherwise be junk. Can't do that with aluminum without heat-treating the whole frame. And as others said, dented aluminum can be as junk as cracked carbon without the repair options.
