The audio in the roundtables in this latest round of tests have an echo-y, hollow sound. Almost as if all three mics are picking up all three guys. Previous roundtables have had significantly clearer audio.

Specialized Announces Voluntary Recall of Some Gen 1 Levo & Kenevo Battery Packs
At least Specialized is alerting their customers and putting out a public recall. They have to, ultimately they're liable. But you gotta wonder about the battery safety of all the no-name ebikes that have been sold cheaply through a myriad of sales channels.

Field Test: 2021 Actofive P-Train - Not Your Typical Trail Bike
A really interesting and well-crafted bike, cool that PB featured it along with some major mass-produced bikes for comparison.
I’d be interested in knowing how much the feel of the bike might be due to the steel frame; it seemed like a lot of the positive observations about the bike’s downhill capabilities focused on the rear suspension and the rear end (which is aluminum.)
And how much roughly would this bike cost in USD, as it was outfitted in the review?

The Equipped version would make a great all around commuter/grocery-getter. If the price is right Trek could sell loads of them.

The supplied drawing is very useful for illustrating how the bike’s geometry will be altered.
But dunno if I’d want my bike’s wheelbase increased, is already longish.
And I’ll admit I have no idea what an IS headset is.

Seems like a clever idea - why don't suspension fork manufacturers offer this?
This fork could be a great (though expensive) piece of gear for riders who want to explore bikepacking.
