by Pinkbike Staff

For the next Pinkbike LIVE we're sitting down with Graham Agassiz, Thomas Vanderham, Carson Storch, R-Dog, & Casey Brown for an interactive Ask Me Anything (AMA) session. We are broadcasting at 11am with Cam McCaul, directly from the Pinkbike tower in the heart of Whistler Village.

Thursday will be the legendary Whip-Off World Championships on Whistler's huge senders over at Crabapple hits. Going big and sending it sideways is what this crew is all about and there has never been a better time to get your questions in about the most stylish thing you can do on a bike: whips.

The show's format will be an ask us anything style, with questions coming in from your Pinkbike comments below, on our YouTube channel live feed and our Facebook page. Get involved in the comments section and let's hear your questions.

When building trails with big gaps, how do you figure out the distance between the kicker and transition? Do you just go by feel, after many years of experience, or do you have a more scientific way to calculate it?

Your fest series jumps are absolutely massive, yet always seem to flow perfectly.

Aggy/Everyone: I broke my back freeriding 5 yrs ago and have struggled to get back on the bike. It kills me to see my bikes collecting dust in the garage but have not been able to work up the courage to pull them out again.

How have you overcome your biggest accidents? And what helped you get back on the bike?

Casey, what draws you to go riding with the lads? You always seem like your having fun riding with boys when not many ladies in the sport are doing that kind of a thing.

In your mind what is the appropriate progression to a backflip? I love to shred and build trails and have been thinking of building the proper jump and landing for a backflip... but what else should I be focusing on so that I am progressing towards the goal safely. The easiest way is just throwing your body at it and doing it.... but my wife isnt the biggest fan of that plan considering she's a stay at home mom and I have a life outside of trying to playing on my bike and being a kid again.

To all of you : Should Rampage continue ? It seems to me way to dangerous to carry on. It is not because we CAN do it that we SHOULD.

 Should we ban hand guns?
  • 1 0
Thats why you dont compete in it... If they thought the risks were too high they wouldn't compete either. Look at Darkfest or Loosefest, those jumps were insane, just as if not more dangerous than rampage for the sheer speed required.
